Our shooting Area is now located at Tri-town Ice Arena.
Our Punchpass system allows you to register for classes that fit your schedule. As of now we don't require purchase of passes online to book a slot. With this in mind, PLEASE do not book a slot if you do not intend to attend. Our instructors book up quickly, and if you no-show, you are taking a spot away from another player, as well as wasting the valuable time of our staff.
We are excited to announce our new scheduling and class system. Players are able to purchase passes and register for Treadmill, Synthetic Ice, and Private Lessons online. Our full schedule of training classes is available by clicking the button above. Additionally you are able to purchase punch cards and one time passes, and reserve spots in any of our classes. We recommend you book early, as spots are very limited in each time slot!
Skating Treadmill Classes: Players will improve stride- length, stride-recovery, skating posture, speed, power, and also work on puck-handling & shooting in stride.
Puck-Handling & Shooting: Players will work in small groups (4 max) on our synthetic ice sheet, focusing on quick hands, quick release, shot accuracy and velocity. Small groups with qualified instructors ensure improvement in technique and lots of reps!
Private Instruction: Players work one on one with the coach of their choice on our synthetic ice sheet. There is no better way to transform your puck-handling ability and/or shot, that with individual instruction. Constant attention, correction, and high reps make for an unparalleled skill building experience.
